The international singer-songwriter Andy Grammer expressed how he felt about his special first-ever show in Manila at the Music Museum in Greenhills, San Juan.
Andy posted on his Instagram account a photo of his Gold Record Award from Warner Music Philippines for his Filipino favorite song “Fresh Eyes”. He said ‘I love you’ in Filipino language and even if it was misspelled in his post, it’s not a huge matter as Pinoy fans felt how much Andy enjoyed the one-hour show.

This country and these people have fully won me over and I freaking love it here. Every where I turn is someone smiling and singing a tune under their breath. There is a musical spirit here that is truly amazing. It’s still a pinch myself moment any time I get plaques like this but it’s extra special for it to be coming from a country so far from home. To all my new friends in the Philippines “Mahal co kiyo” let’s do it again. 🇵🇭👌 #andygrammermnl #lovethisplace #fresheyes @cloudology @rossgolan
He expressed how delightful his stay in the Philippines was and that wherever he goes, there will always be a Filipino who will smile at him and some would hum a part of his song. He even said that he loves the country and he is very thankful to the new friends he met during his special visit.
Andy is known as a musical genius that inspires and communicates to all those who listen to his music, a reason why he received so much love during his one-night show in Manila.
Andy also expressed that he would like to do another show in Manila as he ended his Instagram post saying “let’s do it again” with hashtags #andygrammermnl #lovethisplace and #fresheyes.
Aside from performing his original masterpieces, Andy also did a cover of today’s popular hit songs like The Chainsmokers’ “Don’t Let Me Down”, Zedd and Alessia Cara’s “Stay,” and Demi Lovato’s “Sorry Not Sorry.”
Andy Grammer will have his next show on June 20 at the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom, USA.
